This is not networking; it’s not group therapy. There's no space for awkward small talk, and there are no drinking games.

Instead, this is a night out with fellas who get it, featuring guest speakers, live music, board games, decent tunes, VR headsets, and conversations that matter.

It’s the Dad La Soul Sessions. We’ve been running this across Sussex for eight years.

Over 12,000 people have come through our doors.

We’ve been featured on Radio 1, Radio 4, TED, The Guardian, and The Sunday Times.

They all can’t be wrong, can they?

• It isn’t group therapy
• It isn’t lukewarm coffee in a dusty church hall
• It isn’t awkward small talk or cheesy games
• It isn’t about pretending everything is fine.

• Decent chat, and cracking tunes.
• Inspiring talks and Q&As with special guests and stand-up comedians/live music PA's.

• No awkward small talk, as you have the freedom to move around multiple breakout spaces as you like.
• Delicious grub and drinks included.

And a crew of exceptionally handsome, witty and charming pals to hang out with(OK, that last bit might be a stretch tbh)..

It’s £7 for three hours, all in. You can’t get a round of drinks for that.

Inside, it is a ready-made network of peers and experts where men can talk about the stuff they usually ignore.

Generally, on a lads’ night, you talk nonsense and pretend everything is fine.

With us, you laugh and then speak honestly about life, fatherhood and mental health.

We listen without prejudice; that, my friends, is something quite special.

Dads and male-identifying carers, 16+, from all backgrounds and situations.

It doesn’t matter what your postcode is, your marital status, or the size of your bank balance.

Whether you’re married, single, co-parenting, or still figuring it out, you are welcome.
