7am parkrun to kick off the day.... optional .... before a meeting at 8am to register for The Cut. 8:30am start time for The Cut. 1km loops for a maximum of 15 loops - cutting people as we go until we have just 2 or 3 left for the final hot lap.
No one gets cut the first 3 laps, and every lap you have 10mins to get back from your 1km before we go again.
