Be a Curry Maestro in your own home, this course teaches you not only how to cook authentic Indian dishes but with added technical skills! Learn how to make your own Paneer cheese, prepare & marinate a whole chicken, fillet your fish and make your own spiced batter, make a stuffed Indian bread from scratch and learn new knife skills in preparing your vegetables.
You will make 2 starters of Paneer Shashlik Skewers & Fish Pakoras, a main dish of Tandoori Chicken Biriyani, Aloo Parathas and a fresh Raita.
