THE CULTURE CODE: Presented by Battalion Chief Derek Bagshaw, WPBFD.

Leadership. Accountability. Purpose.

Strong firehouse culture starts with what we do every shift. This class explores how to:

• Lead with character, purpose, and integrity

.• Understand your role and strengthen your crew

.• Own your actions and hold each other accountable

.• Apply real-world lessons in the firehouse and on the fireground.

Leadership isn’t given. It’s earned every day.

BE THE STANDARD. LIVE THE CULTURE.
