The Courage to Grow: Real Conversations About Life as an LMT

Join Clara De La Rosa and Jazmine Chavez for real conversations on career growth, burnout, mentorship, and finding courage as an LMT.
About this Event

Building a career in massage therapy takes more than good hands and great technique. It takes courage, self-awareness, guidance, and sometimes the willingness to make a change.

Whether you're just beginning your career, feeling a little stuck, or looking for ways to grow without wearing yourself out, this conversation is for you!

For our November Kansas City Massage Therapist Meetup, we're welcoming Clara De La Rosa and Jazmine Chavez for an open panel discussion about the challenges, decisions, and opportunities that come with building a career in massage therapy.

Together, we'll explore:

• Finding the courage to grow: Taking chances, stepping outside your comfort zone, and trusting yourself as a professional.
• Resetting between clients: Learning how to mentally and physically prepare yourself to be present for the next person on your table.
• Preventing overwork: Recognizing your limits, setting boundaries, and building a career that supports your well-being.
• Expanding your services: Knowing when to introduce new modalities, pursue additional education, and explore new opportunities.
• Finding the right mentors: Learning whose advice to seek, how to recognize valuable guidance, and when to trust your own judgment.

This isn't a formal lecture. It's an opportunity to hear different perspectives, ask questions, share experiences, and learn from one another.
