These playful rhyming stories are perfect for nurturing confidence and emotional wellbeing. Parent and teacher notes at the back offer support for discussing feelings and emotional resilience with children right from the early years and up. The series includes great titles such as I can't do it ... Yet!, Mistakes are Great!, Catch that Pesky Thought!, and We Love a Challenge!

Matt Bawler is the creator of The Courage Club, a children’s book series designed to support young readers in developing inner strength, self-belief and emotional resilience from the very start of their journey. Inspired by his work with children and families, the stories were written to give every child (and their grown-ups) the language, tools and confidence they need to face challenges, grow in self-belief, and discover the courage that already lives inside them.Matt currently works as Head of Early Years and Wellbeing for a school in South London. A teacher of over 20 years, his biggest passion is supporting children in the Early Years and up to develop strong foundations in positive mental health. This is not just to equip children with the tools to cope with life’s challenges, but also to empower them with the skills to be able to thrive well beyond that.Gizem Gözde Uçar is an award-winning London-based illustrator from Istanbul. She is brilliant at creating imaginary worlds and has an incredibly unique style. Gizem regularly runs illustration workshops for children and adults to help them connect to their creative side.
