The Cotton Table
The Cotton Table is a monthly supper club at the Historic Cotton Factory where great food brings people together around one long table. Each month features a new menu, a unique setting, and the chance to meet new people or reconnect with familiar faces. Come on your own or bring a friend. Either way, you'll leave having shared more than just a great meal.
This Month: Grill & Chill
Summer is better shared around one table.
This month we're taking The Cotton Table outdoors to the Cotton Factory's side alley courtyard, surrounded by the century-old brick buildings of the Historic Cotton Factory, a favourite filming location for productions including Murdoch Mysteries, The Umbrella Academy, and Reacher. It's one of Hamilton's most unique creative spaces and the perfect place to enjoy a summer evening together.
Stroll between our grill stations and enjoy a variety of freshly prepared favourites, including grilled beef, chicken, colossal shrimp, and seasonal vegetables. Grab a plate, mingle, go back for another bite, and settle in at the table whenever you're ready.
This is a rain or shine event. If the weather doesn't cooperate, we'll simply move the gathering indoors and keep the evening going.
Good food starts the evening. Great conversation is what you'll remember on the way home.

Arrive and settle into the Historic Cotton Factory courtyard. Take your time, explore the space, and meet fellow guests as the evening begins.
7:00 PM | Grill & Chill
Stroll between the grill stations and enjoy grilled beef, chicken, colossal shrimp, and seasonal vegetables. Grab a plate, mingle, and come back for another bite.
7:30 PM | Around The Table
Find a seat at our long table, reconnect with familiar faces, or meet someone new. Great food brings us together. Great conversation keeps us at the table.
8:00 PM | Stay Awhile
Continue enjoying the food, the setting, and the people around you. Share another story, make a new connection, and enjoy the rest of the evening before we wrap up at 8:30 PM.
Rain or shine: We’ll gather outdoors in the Cotton Factory courtyard whenever possible. If the weather does not cooperate, we’ll simply move indoors and keep the evening going.
