U.S. Army Major Jeffrey Herron, who serves in the State Chaplains Office as a Regional Care Chaplain. He is a graduate of the University of North Georgia (Business Administration; Political Science), and later received a Master of Divinity from Liberty University in 2015.
Recorded remarks will also be conveyed from former Army Ranger Anthony Rodriguez.
