A whole day to celebrate your Inner Goddess .
Join us on a journey of self discovery for a day of : Yoga, Meditation, Kirtan, Drumming, Tai Chi, Grounding and nurturing vegan lunch, Ritual Practice, Sound Bath, Nature Bathing and embodiment practices, Red Tent, Self Compassion, and herbal manifestation/spell classes with our very own shamanic hedge witch.
We will conclude this full day with a fire and drum circle as we walk the labyrinth back to a more centred state of being.
All of our facilitators look forward to welcoming you to this special offering.
All classes are aimed at those who have never had the confidence to attend a retreat before. For those who want to try yoga and other spiritual practices but are unsure. We want you to join us. To unfold into a loving energy of self discovery. We will hold space for you to explore a world of relaxation, rejuvenation and deep peace.
