Yoga and Aerial Day with Nikki Taggart & Emily Greenwood
For complete beginners to Aerial.
Date: Sunday 7th July 2024
Times: 10.45 -17.00
We will start the day with Yoga breathwork and intention-setting. An hour learning moves on the aerial hoop and an hour enjoying silks.
The day will finish with a regenerative Yin Yoga session and meditation.
This day is open to anyone aged 16+
Bring snacks drinks and lunch and a Yoga mat if you have one. A blanket and a pillow for the afternoon yoga session.
