We're extending the ritual - The Procession continues through October 19. ✨ Experience a work of art that merges mythic pageantry, cutting-edge technology, and breathtaking performance. The Cortège is not just a show — it is a collective rite of passage. Occurring outdoors at dusk, this first-of-its-kind wordless theater experience marks the end of one era and announces the dawn of another through movement, sound, costume, and spectacle. In an era defined by disconnection and cultural upheaval, The Cortège offers a rare space for solace, celebration, and renewal. TIMING : Entry is not permitted once the procession has begun. It is recommended to arrive in time for the Prelude. Please note that timing shifts earlier on Sunday. Timing on Thursdays - Saturdays: 6:30 PM: Doors open 7:45 PM: Prelude begins 8:15 PM: Procession begins Timing on Sundays: 6:00 PM: Doors open 6:15 PM: Character Encounter 7:00 PM: Prelude begins 7:30 PM: Procession begins HIGHLIGHTS Pre-Show Begin the evening in the open air with food, drink, and live global sounds. Food and beverage offerings Live musical prelude featuring hang drum, cello, and indigenous instruments The Procession Experience a wordless procession featuring movement, music, and mythic spectacle. Cinematic score transmitted via headset featuring original music by Boreta , TOKiMONSTA , and El Búho Choreographed movement rooted in street styles, featuring global hip hop dance battle talent including MiYU and Capjay Archetypal costuming and puppetry with works by Jonny Cota , Damselfrau , and Spencer Hansen Elements of technology including quadruped robotics and drone apparitions designed by Studio Hock and flown by Nova Sky Stories Participatory procession featuring large-scale puppetry and dancing Beyond The journey of The Cortège culminates in the Beyond, taking place in the Afterlife Tent - a communal space where the emotional catharsis of the procession finds its resolution. On select nights, this chapter is co-curated with visiting artists and collectives, inviting audiences to process, connect, and integrate through music, movement, and ritual. Shared tea service Ambient soundscapes Space for reflection and connection BEYOND SCHEDULE Sun, 10/5: JOJO ABOT Fri, 10/10: Kaitlyn Aurelia Smith & more to be announced GENERAL INFORMATION Dates: Every Thursday - Sunday evening from September 11 - October 19 Location: The Field at Los Angeles Equestrian Center, 480 Riverside Dr, Burbank, CA Performance Duration: Approximately 2 hours. The Remembrance: Passengers are invited to submit the names in advance for each evening's remembrance. Submissions open on Mondays prior to the show date and remain open until Wednesday. Instructions are disseminated via email. Age requirement: There is no specific age requirement. The show is best suited for guests who are comfortable sitting through a 60-minute performance and engaging with mature themes. The event is not recommended for guests under 6. Attire: The experience unfolds outdoors at dusk, on grass. Please dress in layers for shifting temperatures and wear flat shoes for comfort. Bags: Oversized bags (i.e. backpacks, suitcases, large purses, camelbacks, etc.) are prohibited. Small bags are permitted. Please consult FAQs for specifics.
