Did you know pelvic health plays a key role in strength, movement, bladder control, recovery, and overall quality of life?
Join us for this FREE educational workshop designed to help men better understand their bodies and learn practical strategies for improving pelvic and core health.

Presented by pelvic floor specialists, Jill Van De Loo, PT and Danielle Warmbier, PTA from Orthopedic and Spine Therapy.
This session is open to ALL men and is especially beneficial for those:
✔ Recovering from surgery
✔ Managing pelvic health symptoms
✔ Looking to improve core function and overall wellness
Topics include:
🔹 Testicular or pelvic pain
🔹 Urinary leakage
🔹 Prostate-related issues
🔹 Recovery after prostate surgery
Learn how breathing, core coordination, and pelvic floor function work together to:
