GAI staff will determine if you may join the session or if you forfeit your ticket/place in the class. If it is determined that you are too late, and you have missed the introductory safety and process demonstration, this will hinder your ability to function in the session and to keep our staff, our studio and equipment , and then you safe, GAI will not allow you to be part of the session. NO refund or carrying of your ticket value will be honored.

Check you GPS, prior to your event date. Entry is at Indy Fused Glass or at the main entry. A single man entry door to the left of Indy Fused Glass. Follow the interior signs to the GAI Studio. Factory Arts District is an old factory...the one way street is Brookside Ave. On the left is Indy Fused Glass. Free ground level parking is on the right - 1/2 way between Centerpointe Brewery and 8th Day Distillery.

If GAI decides to hold your ticket value due illness or a family emergency THIS VALUE will ONLY BE HELD FOR 4 months from EVENT DATE.

This sessions will start no later than 5 minutes past its posted start time. This is be courteous to those folks that were punctual and to not get behind on our posted classes that follow.

Please GPS our location. Not tricky but we are between 2 one-way streets. You may enter at our sister studio Indy Fused Glass. And we have signage inside the building to get you to our hot shop. If you pass So Chattie, 8th Day nd Fowling, you will have to loop around the building to Brookside again. There is not back entrance. The parking is free and at ground level. Right in front of Indy Fused Glass.

To begin this workshop our instructors will guide you through studio safety, followed by a demonstration of the piece you will be making. Then working one-on-one alongside an instructor, we will gather molten glass from the furnace, add colorants of your choosing, then shape and sculpt molten glass. Your beautiful unique creation will have to cool down slowly and will be available to pick up a couple of days later.

The studio can get hot, so please dress accordingly. T-shirts and blue jeans work well. Cotton is the best material. Read your labels. No synthetic clothing: NO YOGA PANTS OR WORKOUT CLOTHING. No loose flowy clothing unless it can be taken off when it is your turn. Tennis shoes. Walking shoes. NO FLIP FLOPS or HIGH HEELS. If you have a personal pair of safety glasses or prescription glasses, please bring them. Otherwise, we have some to lend out in the studio.

You must be 10 years of age or older to participate.

If You Have Booked Class Time Through EventBrite or the Studio:

-100% Refund with 7 or more days’ notice (the ticket value will be refunded. The EB processing will not be refunded.)

- 0% refunded with 6 or fewer days’ notice.
