The Conversations We Don’t Have
Sometimes the conversation we’re most afraid to have is the one that can change everything.
Drawing from more than 20 years of listening to women share their real-life experiences, questions, and challenges, Joni will take a candid, relatable—and at times humorous—look at the conversations we often avoid, particularly those surrounding relationships, communication, connection, confidence, and intimacy.
Why are some conversations so difficult to have? What keeps us from expressing what we need or want? And what can change when we finally find the confidence to communicate openly?
Joni will also explore how social media, technology, and AI are changing the ways we communicate and connect with one another—and what that may mean for our relationships in an increasingly digital world.
This luncheon is designed to create an approachable, thoughtful conversation about subjects that affect women personally and professionally, while reminding us of the power of honest communication and genuine human connection.
