The Conversations That Shape Your Culture
About this Event
Communication sits at the heart of every successful organisation. It shapes culture, builds trust and drives performance - yet it's often treated as an afterthought.
We promote leaders because they're experts, not because they're great communicators. We expect managers to hold meaningful conversations without always teaching them how. And we spend months creating strategies, then wonder why they fail to land.
In this practical, thought-provoking morning, we'll explore how the conversations happening every day, from leadership and manager communication to meetings and everyday interactions shape how people think, feel and perform at work.
Meet Jo Coxhill from Vision 29
Jo is on a mission to make work not suck.
A workplace culture, employee experience, listening and internal communications consultant, Jo has worked with organisations including ZEISS, Volkswagen Financial Services, Ipsos, PepsiCo, centre:mk, Atlas Copco and Elavon Financial Services.
Jo will challenge us to think differently about communication and share practical ideas for building trust, strengthening culture and helping people and businesses perform at their best.
What will you take away?
Fresh thinking, practical ideas you can take back into your business, and a different perspective on how communication influences culture, motivation, trust and performance.
Who should attend?
Business leaders, founders, MDs, senior managers, HR and People leaders and anyone responsible for leading people or shaping workplace culture.
If you lead people, this conversation is for you.
Great cultures don't happen by accident. They're shaped by the conversations happening every day.
