𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗲: Francis Ford Coppola’s taut conspiracy thriller stars the great Gene Hackman in the role of a surveillance specialist who inadvertently captures what appears to be a harmless conversation between a young couple. Upon reviewing the recording, he discovers that their exchange is far more cryptic than he initially perceived. THE CONVERSATION stands as one of Coppola's finest works ever put to screen, with its masterful use of editing and sound design ratcheting up the suspense. Enough can’t be said for Hackman who delivers a truly remarkable and critically acclaimed performance. Presented in a new restoration.
