The Conscious Connected Classroom - Mondays (10am - 11am)is an 8-week rotating, trauma-informed breathwork and embodiment series designed to build nervous system regulation, emotional capacity, and embodied self-awareness in a progressive and supportive way.
Each session integrates breathwork, mindfulness practices, somatic tools, and practical clinical insights to help participants move from activation or reactivity toward conscious response.
You may join at any time as each class stands fully on its own. However, the full 8-week series is intentionally sequenced to deepen capacity and integration over time.
Journals and writing materials are provided, along with occasional handouts to support continued practice beyond the classroom.
Important:
All practices are optional. Participants are encouraged to follow what feels safe. A waiver is required to participate. We recommend bringing water to class to support grounding and hydration after breathwork.

Focus: Softening self-criticism through breath and presence

Week 5: Release and Awareness
Focus: Supported emotional release through guided breath and awareness
Intention: Safely move and release stored tension in the body.

Week 6: Breath of Life - Energy Without Overwhelm
Focus: Safely building energy through the breath
Intention: Transform sluggishness into energy. Learn to increase vitality while staying regulated.

•Energizing breath technique (with modifications)
•Somatic movement for mobilization
•Strong regulation cool-down

Week 7: Expanded Breathwork Journey
Focus: Deepened breathwork experience with stronger internal tools. A preview of deeper immersive breathwork experiences.
Intention: Strengthen trust in yourself and your body’s wisdom.
You’ll Experience:
•A guided body relaxation exercise
•Conscious connected breath, followed by personal pacing and agency
•A music-supported session with less instruction
•Reflective integration

Week 8: Becoming Someone Who Practices Regulation
Focus: Exploring what it means to live as someone who intentionally practices nervous system regulation, versus "fixing" ourselves.
Intention: Leave with practical tools for daily life.

•Reflection and integration
