Come discover Connie Converse, who was writing quirky, poetic, deeply personal songs pre-dating Joni Mitchell, Joan Baez, and Bob Dylan. In August of 1974, a despondent Connie Converse went out to her VW Bug and drove away never to be seen again, leaving her overlooked 1954 demos behind. These were discovered and went viral on Spotify in 2009. To this day, her whereabouts remain a mystery.

Interwoven with Connie’s haunting melodies are glimpses into Hope’s own journey as a songbird chosen to carry Connie’s legacy all over the universe! As she shares her own stories and experiences, Hope invites audiences to join her in unraveling the mysteries of Connie’s life and the reasons behind her disappearance. As Connie’s long-lost songs find new life through Hope’s heartfelt renditions, the show becomes not just a tribute to a forgotten artist, but a celebration of the enduring impact of one woman’s voice.
