The Comfort Club
About this Event
Boree Designs and Mental Wellness for Artists Present: The Comfort Club
Temporarily stop being responsible for everything! : )
We warmly invite you to enjoy the mental health benefits of an experience inspired by a childhood tradition in Southern California elementary schools: creative playtime followed by blankies, snacks, and storytime (featuring an Oscar Wilde fairy tale!).
We’ll also move, meditate, and regulate our nervous systems together, while nurturing self-awareness and self-empowerment through a playful, comforting setting.
Especially wonderful for adults with high-stress jobs (or multiple jobs!), moms, dads, caregivers, and anyone feeling a little overwhelmed.
Come get cozy. ♥️
