The Come From Workshop

The Come From Workshop is a two-hour experiential gathering for people who feel tired of pushing, performing, staying on autopilot, or holding it all together.

This workshop isn’t about fixing yourself or becoming someone new.

Through simple practices, reflection, and guided experiences, participants will explore:

• How to build a reliable internal “home base” that creates safety, grounding, and choice
