Caffeine meets cardio meets bass. The Coffee Day Rave is a full-day wellness party that blends guided fitness, recovery rituals, healthy eats, and non-stop Latin & Afro beats — all inside one of Amsterdam's best waterfront venues.
What to expect across 4 areas (indoor & outdoor):
Move your body HIIT, Zumba, Pilates, and Booty & Core sessions led by top instructors — all levels welcome.
Recover hard Guided sauna sessions and cold plunges to reset your nervous system between dance floors.
Fuel up Healthy food, fresh juices, specialty coffee, and yes — matcha too.
Dance harder Reggaeton · Dembow · Baile Funk · Latin · Afro House — powered by Baila Dembow, keeping the energy on lock from noon to close.
Dress code: Gym & Sports Casual — come ready to move.
This is The Day Rave: where the wellness community meets the dance floor. No late-night fog, no next-day regret — just five hours of sun, sweat, and serious grooves.
