The Coaching Effect Summit 2025

This years Coaching Effect Summit is themed "A New Track Forward" and will focus on what the latest Coaching Effect research of more than 500,000 coaching interactions across business, athletics, and education show leaders must do to increase the performance of their teams. Leaders who execute against this reserach will win the future; those that don't will fall behind.

Wednesday, June 11th will kick off with an energizing welcome to set the stage for the summit. Leaders will join small cohorts for facilitated community-building activities designed to establish goals, foster collaboration, and maximize the benefits of the Ecsell Coaching Community through peer support.

Before lunch, the entire group will convene to hear from keynote speaker Erin Diehl, who will present exclusive new research and best practice on Radical Empathy and how to create a culture of selfless leadership.

In the afternoon, participants will have the opportunity to attend 3 breakout courses, allowing them to tailor their schedules to address specific coaching needs and challenges.

In the evening all attendees will have the opportunity to attend the Royals/Yankees game for a networking night out. Transportation, tickets, food and drink will be provided!

Thursday, June 12th will be filled with dynamic learning experiences led by industry experts in various formats. Leaders will connect during sessions focused on creativity, mindfulness, problem-solving, and more.

In the afternoon, keynote speaker Mike Buddie will guide attendees on how to create their unique coaching blueprint that will transform thier leadership impact.

To make the most of the Coaching Effect Summit agenda, attendees should plan to arrive on Tuesday evening and depart on Thursday afternoon or Friday morning.
