For the fourth year, The Transition Academy is hosting the KC DiversAbility College and Career Fair, the city’s only metro-wide event focused on connecting people with disabilities to supports, services, employers, college recruiters and job training programs.
Our goal is to support young people with disabilities with their transition into adulthood, but all ages are welcome to attend the general public fair.
