The Co-Co Cares: A Nonprofit + Wellness Group Collab Event

Please join us in supporting Bridges Outreach (one of our Co-Co members) during a special collaboration of our Nonprofit and Wellness Groups
About this Event

Bridges provides street outreach and intensive case management for the homeless community focusing on health, housing and independence.

We will gather to assemble cold weather packs and pen notes of encouragement for those in our area struggling with homelessness.

Members will have two ways to participate (pick one or both!)

(1) Donate needed items for the cold packs by purchasing on our Amazon Wish List (items shipped directly to the Co-Co). Items must be ordered by October 28th.

(2) Join at our Summit location on Wednesday November 4th from 11 am and 1 PM to hear more about the Bridges Mission from Patti Stenzel, Director of Development and Communications.
