The Clarkston High School Madrigals on tour

I Madrigali della Clarkston High School esistono nella scuola dal 1971. Il gruppo esegue musica di tutti i generi, compresa la musica sacra e profana del XV e XVI secolo, la musica classica moderna, compreso il jazz, e la musica contemporanea a cappella.

I Madrigali si sono esibiti alla Michigan Music Educators Conference nel 2001 e di nuovo nel 2006, e alla Michigan State ACDA Conference nel 2018.

The Clarkston High School Madrigals have been in existence at the school since 1971. The group performs music of all genres including 15th and 16th century sacred and secular music through modern classical music including jazz, and contemporary A Cappella.

The Madrigals are the auditioned ensemble at Clarkston High School and maintain a busy schedule throughout the year. In the community they perform many times for different functions including Holiday business parties, Optimist functions,and school wide assemblies. They have been invited to perform at the MSU Choral Festival, EMU choral Festival, Washington D.C. festival. They have also competed at the Heritage Festivals in Chicago, and St. Louis, and the Heritage Gold Festival in New York City. The Madrigals have performed at the Michigan Music Educators Conference in 2001 and again in 2006, and at the Michigan State ACDA Conference in 2018.
