The City of Tomorrow: A TOWN HALL

onStage at Connecticut College is proud to present The City of Tomorrow in concert as part of our Guest Artist Series on Fri, Nov 6 at Evans Hall, Cummings Art Center!
The City of Tomorrow is a new breed of wind quintet — boldly innovative, theatrically adventurous and committed to reimagining the possibilities of chamber music in the 21st century. In their immersive concert A TOWN HALL, the ensemble explores what it means to coexist in a structured (but often fragmented) society through the haunting work of contemporary composers. Concert-goers are invited to read selected poems throughout the performance, creating a collaborative forum (or the town hall) that blurs the boundaries between music and dialogue, entertainer and audience.
Tickets: $26; Seniors: $23; Students: $13 (General Admission)
For tickets, visit our website at onstage.conncoll.edu or call 860.439.ARTS (2787)
