About this Event

Our participants

  • have fun doing applied physics and aerospace science, no experience necessary!
  • collaborate with our physics faculty and cadets on campus at The Citadel in Charleston, SC
  • make engaging devices and learn how they work
  • learn more about The Citadel cadet experience from physics majors

Cost includes all supplies, snacks, and lunch

For this event we will

  • Learn to make your own air foil
  • Learn how speakers work and build your own
  • and more!

Recent event projects include - discovering the physics of string shooters, biologically inspired light seeking robot, microphone sensor system- sound activated LEDs, DIY metal detector, and mechanical laser light show

Eligibility- High school sophomores, juniors, and seniors
