Welcome to The Cincy Hat Pop-Up @ Macy's Rookwood! The Cincy Hat Foundation is a nonprofit dedicated to empowering adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). In partnership with Village of Merici and the University of Cincinnati’s Transition and Access Pathways (TAP) program, the foundation provides full college scholarships and supports inclusive, independent living. In 2025, The Cincy Hat is focused on expanding life-changing infrastructure - bringing independent housing options to adults with disabilities right here in Cincinnati.
