One of the most powerful tools in the chronic illness toolkit is learning to manage your energy budget, also known as ‘managing your spoons.’
This edition of The Chronic Illness Power-Up is dedicated to Spoon Management—a powerful and playful approach that teaches you to balance your energy budget, figure out what drains you, and how to add more stores to your energy bank so you can go from surviving to thriving.
Part workshop, part Circle, The Power-Up is packed with practical tools to manage your energy. Together, we’ll explore accessible ways to live more fully, advocate for yourself, and organize your schedule to balance your body’s needs with the doing things that are important to you.
Certified coach Stephanie Kelly runs this program because she’s been there. Every tool and every template is something Stephanie personally uses to honour her body, while still chasing joy and achieving goals.
