The Chocolate Masterclass

Join and on the 17th April at for a chocolate signature drink masterclass; as we delve into crafting delicious signature drinks using chocolate in a variety of exciting and innovative ways.

To begin the evening, we'll be hearing all about Land and their journey in bean-to-bar chocolate, followed by a guided chocolate tasting, where we'll explore how the origin of chocolate can impact flavour notes, and how to pair the unique flavours we find in chocolate with other ingredients in signature drinks.

Next, we'll walk you through a couple of delicious chocolate-based signature drink recipes, with a step-by-step workshop in how to craft the most delicious drinks with chocolate, oats and other ingredients.

You'll have the opportunity to try your hand at making one of these for yourself, or get extra-creative with the ingredients available and invent one of your own!

Snacks by our friends at Batch Baby and drinks will also be served!

This event is free and open to anyone in the coffee industry who is interested in creating exciting signature drinks! Just be sure to grab a free ticket to secure your spot, as spaces are super limited.
