The Chef’s Edit is FIRO’s monthly chef’s table experience, created for a limited group of guests to experience the restaurant’s modern pan-Indian point of view more closely.This edition brings together stories from travel, memories, team inspirations, regional Indian flavours, modern technique, considered drinks and a carefully planned dining rhythm.Led by Chef Ajit Bangera and Chef Abhishek Mody, The Chef’s Edit is designed as one complete evening where the food, drinks, service and pace come together with intent.
