Co-facilitated by Carla Lyles and meditation instructor Rashad Sanders, this session creates space to ground yourself, clear your mind, and write your truth. Come as you are.

Carla Lyles is a multidisciplinary artist and creative director whose work sits at the intersection of design, healing, and culture. She is the visionary behind Momma Loves Jazz and its Jazz & Journaling programming, immersive experiences centering reflection, storytelling, and community connection that have been presented at The Jung Center, Contemporary Arts Museum Houston, Project Row Houses, and beyond. Her work has been recognized by Forbes, Entrepreneur Magazine, and many other publications.
