The Charge 5K Race

We are excited to announce our first CHSAA "The Charge" 5K Race. This event will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2026, benefiting Boomerang Backpacks here at NACS. We would love to see our alumni, community, and staff of NACS come out and help us support our most valuable asset, our children.
There will be a one-mile Family Fun Run, before the 5K, for all ages to walk and/or run around the track starting at 9:30 am. And yes, strollers are welcome. At 10:30, the 5K race will begin on the track, run through the grounds of CHS and Hickory Center, and then finish back on the track. Be sure to find yourself on the jumbotron as you cross the finish line.
Registration is now open, including a free T-shirt if you register by July 1st. We look forward to sharing this exciting day and race with our community.
