Today I participated in a Chakra Healing Workshop, with a group of people. I found this experience fulfilling and rewarding within myself and enjoyed the interaction with everyone in attendance.
This is definitely an important component of self-healing. Recognition, acknowledgement of self and positive clear communication with the facilitator Johan and the interactive involvement of the group all pieced together is what I found to give me the outcome and opportunity I am truly grateful of from my experience.
