Join Lacey in experiencing the Chakras! Chakra is a Sanskrit word that can be translated as Wheel and is seen as the energy centers that live in the body along the spine. At this workshop you can expect to experience the full range of the Chakra system from what it is and how it works to yoga postures, foods and affirmations that help balance each Chakra, plus we'll enjoy deep discussions and meditations that will stimulate the Chakras aiding you in self discovery. Bring a Yoga mat, water and pillows to sit on.
