In this practice we will honor the great hibernation and all of creation by creating ceremony around all things inward. Creating a sacred space within and learning the art of retreat. Through breath and body with sound and soul.
Co-taught by Samantha Martinez & Nikki Allen.
What to expect:
-Tuning in and tea ceremony
- Kundalini/ Shakti Nam Yoga
- Pranyama for opening the voice
- Mantra and spiritual singing
- Deep meditation W/ sound bath
- Grounding through a nourishing snack
