The Cashflow Canvas for Startups

Important note: This event is restricted to startups within their first three years of business. If you don't meet this criteria, please register for our email list at www.airdriecommon.ca/cashflow canvas to be notified for our next open enrolment event.

Event price: $59 plus Eventbrite fees (suggested retail price $180)

Event format: Join us for two, two-hour sessions with time for homework in between. Registrants must attend Part 1 (Wednesday, June 3 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.) and Part 2 (Wednesday, June 10 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.).

Optional coaching call: You may purchase a one-hour coaching call (General Admission PLUS One-hour coaching call) with a certified coach to ask questions and dig deeper into your numbers. The coaching call must be purchased at the time of registration. All appointments must take place after Part 2 of the training, but no later than July 15, 2026. Otherwise, the payment will be forfeited by the participant.

The Cashflow Canvas bootcamp is specifically designed to help you master the basics of business budgeting using eight easy-to-understand building blocks and then transfer your financial data into a pro forma / cashflow forecast that’s as easy as paint by numbers.

The technique: The Cashflow Canvas Certified Trainers guide you through every step of the process. You’ll discover the art and the science of how to create a financial plan that works for your unique business needs.

You’ll learn how to:

• Identify your business’ core revenue streams and expenses

• Create a pricing strategy that maximizes your profits
