Oak City is partnering with East Coast Electric Speed Shop for this years Cary Christmas Parade. Rules are same as Raleigh and Holy Springs, No Santa Costumes!!
From The Grinch to Steezus there are so many options for costumes. Even incredibly good non-Christmas costumes would work for these parades.
