The Carr Lane Sports and Social Club's AGM ( Annual General Meeting) is to be held on Wed 22nd April 2026 at 7pm for a 7.30 pm Prompt Start. Only members can attend and you must have your membership card with you to attend. There will be a Club report and questions can be asked by the members and Nominations for new committee members will also take place on the night. Applications to join the committee must be displayed on the notice board proposals form at least 7 days before the AGM. Voting can now be done by proxy for members that are unable to attend on the evening. Voting by proxy must be applied for at least 6 days before the meeting.
