About this Event
Announcing guest speakers Staci Brooks, President of Alabama Power Foundation and Miller Girvin, President of the Economic Development Partnership of Alabama!
This evening brings together city and county officials, corporate & financial leaders, business owners, and ecosystem partners supporting Greater Birmingham businesses to compete at a higher level. Through the Capital Collective’s 2.0 "Beyond the Middle" Capital Intensive, this platform is designed to connect some of the area's most promising companies with the capital, national advisors, and institutional partners needed to not just scale, but execute.
Our fireside chat will be a high-impact conversation designed to clarify the difference between a business's Company Story and their Capital Story and why it matters to different audiences for continued growth.
Unlocking this type of knowledge helped the 12 businesses in our Inaugural Greater Birmingham "Beyond the Middle" Capital Intensive access over $8M of growth capital and hire 70+ new employees in 6 months, with over 20% revenue growth on average in less than one year.
