As Chairman of the Birmingham Land Bank Authority Board, I am calling a regular meeting of the Board to occur on the following date/time:

The purpose of this meeting is to consider executing agreements with applicants for the Lot Lease, Clear Title Ownership, and Rehab & Shovel Ready Programs, to consider updates to previously approved resolutions for the Rehab & Shovel Ready Programs, to consider executing a Lease/Purchase agreement with an Owner-Occupant residing in a property acquired by the Land Bank, or take such further action as may be conducted or taken at a meeting of the Board of Directors.
