Greetings North Carolina Debutantes and Families!
You've reached the registration page for the Capital Area Debutante Party in Raleigh, North Carolina. Your debutante and guest(s) are invited to join us Saturday, July 25th from 8:00 PM until 11:00 PM at the Carolina Country Club in Raleigh for a fabulous night featuring “Sleeping Booty".

*Pro Tip ~ it is easier to register from a computer vs. a smartphone
*One parent or guardian must serve as the PRIMARY CONTACT (for the debutante & guests). Please use the parent/guardian's email address consistently for the PRIMARY CONTACT field and for each registrant.
How to Register or Regret for the party
Click on the orange "Reserve a Spot" button. Before you begin registration, you'll need the following information for ALL guests: name and emergency contact (name and phone number). If you don't have this information for ALL guests, please only register the guests for whom you have all the required information. You may register the remaining guests later once you have all their information as long as you meet the registration deadline. Registration ends July 17th.
There are three ticket types:
🌴 East/West Deb - Please register your debutante and up to one additional guest. Select "East/West Deb Tickets" and press the blue +/- sign to select the desired number of attendees. Click the orange "Reserve a Spot" Button and complete registration questions as prompted. Enter your debutante's name and your email address for the primary contact, then register the Deb as "Ticket 1". *Enter your(parent) email address for each registrant.
🌴 CAD Party Host - Please register your debutante and up to 5 additional guests (i.e. their date, 2 friends and parents). Select "CAD Host Tickets" and press the blue +/- sign to select the desired number of attendees. Click the orange "Reserve a Spot" Button and complete registration questions as prompted. Enter debutante name and parent email address for the primary contact, then register the Deb as "Ticket 1". *Enter your(parent) email address for each registrant.
🌴 Regrets - Please select "Regrets" if your Deb is unable to attend. Press the blue + sign to select one attendee. Click the orange "Reserve a Spot" Button and enter the Debutante's name and your email address. We will miss you, but thanks for letting us know.
Each guest will have a unique single-use QR code (electronic ticket). Upon registration, the primary contact(parent) will receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite with instructions on how to view, save or print QR codes for all attendees. Each unique QR code with the correct matching guest name must be presented at the event in either the Eventbrite App, Apple Wallet, as a saved digital image or as a printed hard copy. No QR code = No entry.
Please let your Debutante's guests know that you've invited them so that they can plan accordingly. If their guest is unable to attend, please email [email protected] to change the guest name for that unique QR code. The LAST day to make name changes for registered guests is the day before the event (July 24).
Please accept the party waiver for each registered guest. Registering for this event indicates that your debutante and guests accept the terms of the waiver (see below).
Guests 21 and older
We are compiling a list of guests age 21 and over (excluding parents) who will show their ID to a security guard and receive a wristband at check-in to be served alcohol. When registering, there is an option to indicate if the guest is 21 or older. If the name is not on this list, he or she will NOT be allowed to receive a wristband to drink, even with a valid ID. There will be a designated check in for guests 21 and older.
What To Wear
Attire: Palm Beach Chic. Girls, no handbags permitted. Boys, khakis and button down shirts. No jackets permitted.
Waiver for all Guests
All debutantes and guests at the CAD Party, and their parents, must agree to our party waiver. Debutantes and their guests are representing not only their city, but the state of North Carolina, and are expected to have fun appropriately. The Carolina Country Club is a beautiful space and we are fortunate to be able to host our event in this location. Debutantes and/or guests who arrive intoxicated or under the influence will not be allowed to enter the party. Alcohol, drugs, cigarettes, e-cigarettes and/or weapons are not permitted at this event. The CAD Party Committee reserves the right to confiscate any banned substances. The CAD Party Committee reserves the right to not admit and/or call the emergency contact for debutantes and their guests and ask them to be picked up if any problems arise. Debutantes are responsible for their guests. If a guest is asked to leave, the accompanying debutante will be asked to leave as well - and vice versa. Debutantes and/or guests who damage property at the Carolina Country Club will be financially responsible. Debutantes and/or guests who need emergency medical attention or transport to a local hospital will be responsible for all associated fees. All guests should arrive at the Carolina Country Club by 8:00 PM. Guests arriving after 8:45 PM will NOT be admitted. Guests who leave the Carolina Country Club during the party will NOT be readmitted. Thank you for understanding. By registering you accept this waiver.
Hotel Information
Capital Area Debutantes do not have a block of rooms reserved for this weekend. We recommend the Hyatt House Raleigh North Hills. Due to its proximity to the party venue and its “welcoming” attitude toward young guests (under the age of 21 years).

Party Arrival
Check in is at 8:00 PM outside the main entrance of the Carolina Country Club.
NO ADMITTANCE after 8:45 PM and NO RE-ENTRY IF YOU LEAVE.
Summary
CAD Party Hosts should register their debutante and up to 5 additional guests, including parents. East & West Regions should register their debutante and up to 1 additional guest. Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email with digital QR codes for your debutante and each of their guests to present at check in. Please register all of your guests at the same time if you have the required information and be sure to include emergency contact numbers. Let your debutante's guests know that they've been invited so that they can make plans accordingly. Registration deadline is July 17th. Once registered, any name changes will need to be submitted to the list administrator no later than July 24th via email at [email protected].
