London Canada Day Run!

Join us outside the Canadian High Commission, Trafalgar Square for the fifth annual London UK Canada Day Run - a social 5k running tour to celebrate Canada Day!

Great to be a part of the global Canada Day celebrations taking place in and around Trafalgar Square, London, the rest of the UK, Europe, and the World. It is not unusual to be rubbing shoulders with a Maple leaf celebrity before, during, and after the run!

Format

We will take in as many of the Canadian themed sights in London as we can, such as the birthplace of the Ice Hockey Stanley Cup, among several others, on the route around Green Park and Hyde Park. The route starts and ends at the Canadian Embassy before going onto nearby Canadian themed bar.

Normally running starts at a conversational pace and we stop at each of the location points for a quick rest and re-gather the group. Feel free to take as many pictures as you like!

It would be impossible to include every single location with a Canadian significance in London, although the selected ones are particular highlights and firm favourites and do help go someway to show just how big of an impact Canada has made in London throughout the years. Along the way we will also point out several street names with a strong connection also.

We then follow on to a Canadian themed bar nearby for a drink which is included in the ticket price.
