Sound & Serenity is a Sound Bath Meditation, led by Kevin Powell, designed to soothe the nervous system and quiet the mind through immersive sound.
Participants recline or sit comfortably as layered tones from crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gentle instrumentation move through the Music Hall. The vibrations are felt as much as they are heard—encouraging deep relaxation, release, and rest.
