Experience inner child healing and release limiting beliefs In this workshop with Sammi Smith. Identify thought and behavior patterns that began as safety mechanisms in childhood, and discern whether those patterns are helping or hurting you in adulthood. Enter into a new healing conversation with your inner child in order to shift some of these patterns in a direction that can better serve who you are today!What to expect:
-a gentle vinyasa yoga flow to prepare your body for guided relaxation
-breath work
-journaling to promote healing communication between who you are today and who you once were
-yoga nidra (guided yogic sleep) intended to foster spaciousness within, where all versions of you can reside comfortably
-sound healing with crystal bowls, chimes, gongs and seed shakers to promote harmony and relaxation
All journaling tools will be provided. You are encouraged to bring a photo of your childhood self, bring one that you drawvof your younger self, or bring a small object that connects you with your childhood.
