C.A.K.E. = Creative Alchemy Kinetic Embodiment

Join us for a monthly restorative gathering using multi-sensorial rituals and guided experience to help you slow down, revitalize your body and mind, and return to your creative center under the glow of the full moon.

The Journey

We’ll begin with tea and light snacks, followed by a grounding circle with sensorial tools (ex. candles, sounds, herbal aids, etc) and reflective conversation, then move into a guided journey using breath, body awareness, and movement imagery to soften tension, clarify intention, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with your inner creative current. The evening closes with tea, integration, and a blessing for the journeys ahead.

The Community

The C.A.K.E. Circle brings together connection, community, centering, and cleansing as we create more positive energy in the world through Creative Alchemy Kinetic Embodiment.

We meet monthly around the time of the Full Moon.

Attendance Notes

No movement or meditation experience is required.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows gentle movement. Come as you are, bring a journal, yoga mat, and blanket if you’d like.

This is a reflective wellness and creativity gathering, not therapy, medical care, or mental health treatment.

Location & Accessibility

Arrival/check-in begins downstairs at Sweet Diplomacy. The main circle is currently held upstairs in Starboard Expedition, accessible by stairs only. There is no elevator at this time. If this creates an access barrier for you, please reach out before registering so we can explore what may be possible.
