From Somatics to Success: how your nervous system shapes the way you show up, lead, connect, and create.
About this Event

“You can have the strategy, the ambition, the vision. But if your nervous system is stuck in survival mode — none of it flows the way it should.”

Most high-achieving people have done a lot of work on their mind. They’ve optimized, strategized, journaled, meditated.

And yet something still feels slightly off.

A gap between who they are on paper — and how fully alive, expressed, magnetic, and connected they actually feel.

The missing piece is usually not more information. It’s the body.

When your nervous system is overwhelmed, even the most capable people find themselves:

• Overthinking instead of acting
• Holding back instead of taking up space
• Performing instead of feeling like themselves
• Successful on the outside, but disconnected on the inside

This evening is an invitation to change that.

Through ceremonial cacao, somatic work, movement, meditation, and live sound, we’ll explore how to become more grounded, visible, magnetic, and fully yourself — not by pushing harder, but by changing the state you lead from.

6:15 PM — Doors open
Arrive early and settle in. We begin promptly at 6:30.

6:30 PM — Ceremonial cacao with Sasha Sakhar
A guided tasting of Soul & Spirit cacao, sourced directly from a small family farm in Guatemala. Whole-bean, nothing added, nothing removed.

6:45 PM — Conversation with Gal Bepole
Visibility, somatics, and why so many intelligent people still hold themselves back.

7:15 PM — Embodied practice
Movement and somatic work to shift from thinking into feeling.

7:45 PM — Julius V. Betila on meditation, mindset, and the centered state
Why inner stillness is often the foundation for clarity, confidence, creativity, and sustainable success.

8:00 PM — Live sound journey with Julius V. Betila
An immersive experience to quiet the mind, regulate the nervous system, and integrate the evening.

8:25 PM — Integration and Sharing

8:45 PM — Mingling

Come as you are. Leave feeling more like yourself — and more powerful in the way you move through the world.

What We’ll Explore

• Why your nervous system and mindset together shape your confidence, leadership, relationships, and ability to succeed
• The difference between performing, pushing, and truly showing up
• How somatic work unlocks presence, magnetism, visibility, and creative agency
• Why stillness, awareness, and the way you relate to your thoughts matter just as much as what you do
• What it feels like to have real agency in your life — to speak, lead, create, and take up space from a place of grounded authenticity
• Why people begin to trust, follow, and invite you when you stop forcing and start radiating your presence

This is not networking. Not therapy. Not another self-help talk.

It is a modern salon for founders, creatives, curious minds, and ambitious people who sense that the old model of success no longer works.

For people who want to create, lead, connect, and build from a different place — one that is more grounded, alive, authentic, and fully their own.

All three facilitators have spent years in tech, corporate, startup, and high-performance environments before moving into transformational, somatic, and consciousness-based work.

We understand what it feels like to be ambitious, capable, and outwardly successful — while still longing to feel more connected, alive, visible, and fully yourself.

ABOUT YOUR HOSTS

is the founder of SUGARHAUS and your guide for the evening. She started in corporate NYC (Bacardi, American Express) before leaving to study ceremonial cacao in Guatemala's highlands with Indigenous growers and practitioners. She came back to build SUGARHAUS — creating social experiences that bridge strategy and heart, ambition and presence. She knows both worlds and builds rooms where you can hold both.

Her work helps people stop performing and start radiating — not by pushing harder, but by changing the state they lead from.

Why Ceremonial Cacao?

This is not hot chocolate.

Ceremonial cacao is minimally processed, single-origin cacao from a Guatemalan family farm. It contains theobromine — a natural compound that creates steady, uplifting energy (no jitters, no crash) — plus naturally occurring compounds that support openness and presence.

It doesn't numb you. It doesn't spike you.
It softens the edge between you and the room.

For centuries, cacao has been used in Indigenous cultures to support meaningful dialogue and community-building. We honor that lineage and adapt it thoughtfully for modern urban life.
