Most high-achieving people have done a lot of work on their mind. They’ve optimized, strategized, journaled, meditated.
And yet something still feels slightly off.
A gap between who they are on paper — and how fully alive, expressed, magnetic, and connected they actually feel.
The missing piece is usually not more information. It’s the body.

ABOUT YOUR HOSTS
is the founder of SUGARHAUS and your guide for the evening. She started in corporate NYC (Bacardi, American Express) before leaving to study ceremonial cacao in Guatemala's highlands with Indigenous growers and practitioners. She came back to build SUGARHAUS — creating social experiences that bridge strategy and heart, ambition and presence. She knows both worlds and builds rooms where you can hold both.
is a visibility expert, somatic coach, and movement guide. Before this work, she spent years in the corporate and startup world and now works with high-caliber founders, leaders, and ambitious people who want to become more visible, expressed, and fully themselves.
Her work helps people stop performing and start radiating — not by pushing harder, but by changing the state they lead from.
is a meditation guide and sound practitioner with a background in tech and high-performance environments. He works with founders, creatives, and professionals to help them move from overthinking and pressure into clarity, groundedness, and presence.
