The Cacao Lounge welcomes you this Winter Solstice into a night of sharing with heart opening tunes from local Dj’s and cacao drinks from the Chontal Maya of Tabasco Mexico.
With a family of ten generations growing cacao, we are grateful to bring the unique Miahuatlán taste to our little dream Island.
As the winter solstice marks the sun’s shortest day of the year, it teaches us about resilience and hope in the face of darkness. It reminds us that the sun rises again even after the longest night, bringing new beginnings and brighter days in the continuous cycle of life.
Our Waiheke-based Dj's The Onternet, Chikaa and Mathias Light will create a musical downtempo masterpiece for you on this night.
Come and emerge yourself in the fine vibrations of our heartwarming community in all its senses.
