Phil has held senior leadership positions, heading up teams of up to 600 colleagues, leading partnerships with key customers and driving transformational change.

Spending his first 20 years at Cadbury/ Mondelez, he came full-circle in 2021 as part of the management team leading the sale of Grenade to Mondelez, and remain part of the management team post-transaction.
