The Business Impact Summit is a premium business networking and learning event designed to help organisations build stronger, healthier and more productive workplaces while creating meaningful social impact.
Hosted by Case-UK part of The BUSY Group, the summit brings together business leaders, HR professionals, public sector organisations, charities and employers for an afternoon of expert insight, collaboration and practical strategies that improve both business performance and employee wellbeing.
Taking place on Wednesday 16th December, 2026 at the Village Hotel Cardiff from 12:00pm –17:00pm, the event focuses on the connection between workplace wellbeing, productivity and social value. Attendees will hear from high-profile speakers, gain actionable ideas they can implement within their own organisations and build valuable relationships with like-minded professionals across Wales.
